Non-Alcoholic Punch Recipes

It’s summer time. That means garden parties, time with friends, and plenty of punch to go around!

So, if you’re driving, if you’re pregnant, or if you’re just simply off the alcohol, then we have the perfect recipes for you!

Punch can be the best part of any party. It can be the table everyone gravitates towards for a chat and one top up after another. It’s a party piece! A great bowl of punch can be the centrepiece of your gathering.

Maybe you’re celebrating, in which case you should try our celebration punch! It’s great for baby showers! Maybe you’re arranging a party for family and friends alike, and you want the kids to enjoy something tasty and join in with the adults. Or if you simply want to add something to your garden drinks repertoire, try any of these recipes!

The Classic: Fruit Punch

This is the simple recipe for any lover of a fruity bowl of punch. Effective and classic, this fruit punch will liven up any gathering.

Ingredients:

1 litre apple juice
250ml orange juice
250ml pineapple juice
60ml lemon juice

In a large bowl, mix the apple juice, orange juice pineapple juice, and lemon juice. Add the mint leaves and stir. You may want to lightly crush the mint leaves to help release the flavour as well!
If you want more out of the presentation, why not add some mint leaves to an ice cube tray, before adding water and freezing.

The Celebration: Celebration Day Punch

This is great for a baby shower! This way, you can drink the same as the new mother to be. Everyone can come together in celebration and get drunk on the atmosphere. This punch is great tasting, sweet, and healthy!

Ingredients:

1.8 litre orange juice
1.3 litre pineapple juice
10ml unsweetened lemonade drink mix
1 teaspoon almost extract
235ml white sugar
30ml fruit punch

In a bowl, mix the orange juice, pineapple juice, lemonade mix, almond extract and sugar. (You can add as much or as little sugar as you want, it depends on your taste!) Then, pour in the punch until you get the colour just right!

Dreaming of Orange – Orange Punch

This punch is a dream for anyone looking for something light, but tasty. It’s quick and easy and can be a joy to make. It’ll impress your guests to show the process!

2 litres orange sherbet
170ml frozen orange juice (from concentrate is better)
2 litres ginger ale

Place the sherbet and the frozen orange juice in a punch bowl. Allow it to thaw and keep an eye on the taste and the progression. If it’s too watered down, you can add more sherbet or some unfrozen orange juice. Finally, stir in the ginger ale.

Time to Sparkle: Sparkling Punch

This punch is more than just impressive. It tastes incredible and can sit fizzing in the corner, forcing guests to come back for more over and over again.

Ingredients:

2 lemons
3 oranges (large)
170ml frozen lemonade (from concentrate is best)
1 litre of club soda
750ml sparkling apple cider
1 Tablespoon of white sugar

Ice cubes

Start thawing the lemonade. Thinly slice the lemons and the oranges. Place it in a large punch bowl. Add the lemonade.

After this, lightly sir in the club soda and sparkling apple cider. Add sugar and ice at the end, depending on taste.

Summer days: Summertime Punch

This is brilliant for any outside party. If you’re having a non-alcoholic option for your guests, then this is the one for you! Perfect for those hot, sunny days in the garden.

235ml ginger ale
3 scoops of orange sherbet
60ml grenadine syrup
60ml orange juice

This one is very simple and very, very easy. Simply stir everything together in a punch bowl! Add the ingredients in the order above, and when it’s smooth you’re done!

Savoury Time: Cucumber Punch

A punch that is a class act, cucumber punch can easily add a bit of sophistication to your gathering. Perfect for any time of the year, this punch can really elevate your party!

1.1 litres of water
Ice made from 1.1 litres of water
4ml sugar free instant lemonade powder
340ml white grape juice
1 lemon
½ medium cucumber

Thinly slice the cucumber. Slice the lemon.

Then, in a punch bowl, stir together the water, ice, lemonade powder, and grape juice. Float the slices of lemon and cucumber on the top.

Lush Slush: Slush Punch

Here’s a fun one. It’s great for kids and adults with a child at heart. If you miss all of those days drinking slush and playing out in the sun, then now you can relive them!

590ml white sugar
1.4 litres of water
85ml strawberry jelly mix
1.3 litres of pineapple juice
80ml lemon juice
1.1 litres of orange juice
2 litres of lemon and limeade

This one takes a bit longer to prepare.

Bring the sugar, water, and strawberry jelly to boil in a large saucepan, then boil for 3 minutes. Stir in the pineapple juice, lemon juice, and orange juice. Divide in half in two separate bowls and freeze.

After this, combine the contents of one of the bowls with half of the lemon and limeade. Stir until it is slushy. Then repeat with the other half and enjoy!

Going Green: Green Punch

A party piece, this punch is great to sit in the corner and attract attention. This impressive punch will start conversations, and maybe even a few friendships!

85ml lime flavoured jelly mix
1.1 litres of hot water
1.3 litres of pineapple juice
340ml of frozen orange juice (from concentrate is best)
475ml white sugar
1 litre of cold water
2 litres of ginger ale

Thaw out the orange juice. Then, in a large saucepan dissolve the jelly in the hot water. Leave to cool.

When the jelly is cool, pour it into the large punch bowl. Stir in the pineapple and orange juice, sugar, and the cold water.

Just before you serve, add the ginger ale and then enjoy!
