Best Strawberry Vodka Drinks Recipes

Few things scream “fruity drink” quite like a cocktail with strawberries and vodka in it. There are tons of strawberry vodka drink recipes out there that border on confectionery genius. So many ingredients combine perfectly with strawberries (like orange, lemonade, or mint) that the possibilities are endless!  And you can even take those to the next level by learning to make your own strawberry-infused vodka. (It’s not hard, it just takes patience!) But, fear not, I’ve scoured the internet and found the absolute best of these recipes so you don’t have to! Here are the best strawberry vodka drinks.

Strawberry-Infused Vodka

Making your own strawberry-infused vodka probably sounds more complicated than it actually is, so don’t be scared to try doing it yourself! You basically drop some strawberries into the bottom of a mason jar, cover them with vodka, seal the lid and then wait. That’s the hardest part- the waiting. But it pays off in the form of some fruity flavored vodka that’s suitable for any recipe on this list, or any recipe that calls for strawberry vodka.

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 2 1/2 cups vodka (unflavored)

  • Wash and dry a Mason jar
  • Add strawberries and vodka
  • Store in a cool, dark place
  • Be sure that vodka covers strawberries, and wait an hour or so to check for floating strawberries. If there are any floaters, remove them and reseal the jar
  • Store for one week
  • Strain and remove strawberries
  • Store in refrigerator

Strawberry Jalapeno Vodka Limeade

This may sound like an odd combination, but hear me out! Strawberry limeade is great (as is limeade all by itself), and the jalapeno blends really well with the sweet, citrus and tangy flavors of the fruit. If you’re afraid it will be too spicy, add just a little of the pepper to the blender at a time, give it a whirl and then take a sip to test it. 1 whole pepper will likely be too much for some people, while 1/3 of a pepper will not be enough for others.

  • 5 limes
  • 8-10 c. fresh strawberries
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced
  • 1 1/2 c. vodka
  • 2/3 c. sugar

  • Squeeze limes into blender
  • Add strawberries
  • Add jalapeno to taste
  • Add vodka and sugar
  • Blend well
  • Serve

Minted Orange and Strawberry Coolers

This is a great recipe for parties, especially if you don’t like to just stand there and make drinks all night. It makes an entire pitcher full of awesomeness that everyone is sure to enjoy, it’s easy to make, and it’s pretty enough for Instagram-worthy photos!

  • Sparkling water

  • Add 2 c. strawberries and the mint leaves to the bottom of a bowl
  • Muddle until strawberries are mashed and the juices release
  • Strain juice into punch bowl or large pitcher
  • Add orange juice, lemon juice and vodka
  • Stir in rose petals and the rest of the strawberries
  • To serve, add ice to glass and pour over top of ice, then top with sparkling water

Strawberry Lemonade Jello Shots

This recipe perfectly combines two different classic crowd-pleasers: strawberry lemonade and jello shots. The shots are served inside lemon peels, and the jello is a pretty pink color. So the yellow-and-pink visuals make them so gorgeous that your guests will likely be taking pictures of them before consuming them.

  • 6 whole lemons
  • 1 c. prepared lemonade
  • 3 oz. Strawberry jello mix
  • 1 c. vodka

  • Cut the lemons in half and remove the citrus inside
  • To keep them stable, put the lemon skins in a cupcake baking sheet and set aside
  • Put lemonade in a small saucepan and heat to a low boil
  • Add jello mix and stir until it’s dissolved completely
  • Remove from heat
  • Cool until it’s room temperature, around 15 minutes
  • Add in vodka and stir
  • Pour mixture into lemon skins and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight
  • Cut into smaller mouth-sized pieces
  • Serve
