Best Strawberry Vodka Drinks Recipes

Few things scream “fruity drink” quite like a cocktail with strawberries and vodka in it. There are tons of strawberry vodka drink recipes out there that border on confectionery genius. So many ingredients combine perfectly with strawberries (like orange, lemonade, or mint) that the possibilities are endless!  And you can even take those to the next level by learning to make your own strawberry-infused vodka. (It’s not hard, it just takes patience!) But, fear not, I’ve scoured the internet and found the absolute best of these recipes so you don’t have to! Here are the best strawberry vodka drinks.

Strawberry-Infused Vodka

Making your own strawberry-infused vodka probably sounds more complicated than it actually is, so don’t be scared to try doing it yourself! You basically drop some strawberries into the bottom of a mason jar, cover them with vodka, seal the lid and then wait. That’s the hardest part- the waiting. But it pays off in the form of some fruity flavored vodka that’s suitable for any recipe on this list, or any recipe that calls for strawberry vodka.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 2 1/2 cups vodka (unflavored)

Directions

  • Wash and dry a Mason jar
  • Add strawberries and vodka
  • Store in a cool, dark place
  • Be sure that vodka covers strawberries, and wait an hour or so to check for floating strawberries. If there are any floaters, remove them and reseal the jar
  • Store for one week
  • Strain and remove strawberries
  • Store in refrigerator

Strawberry Jalapeno Vodka Limeade

This may sound like an odd combination, but hear me out! Strawberry limeade is great (as is limeade all by itself), and the jalapeno blends really well with the sweet, citrus and tangy flavors of the fruit. If you’re afraid it will be too spicy, add just a little of the pepper to the blender at a time, give it a whirl and then take a sip to test it. 1 whole pepper will likely be too much for some people, while 1/3 of a pepper will not be enough for others.

Ingredients

  • 5 limes
  • 8-10 c. fresh strawberries
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced
  • 1 1/2 c. vodka
  • 2/3 c. sugar

Directions

  • Squeeze limes into blender
  • Add strawberries
  • Add jalapeno to taste
  • Add vodka and sugar
  • Blend well
  • Serve
