1. Summer Fizz
    Ingredients

  • Don Papa Seven rum, 1.5 oz
  • Peach purée, 0.5 oz
  • Ginger syrup, 0.5 oz
  • Fresh lime juice, 0.5 oz
  • Soda top
  • Egg white, one

     Preparation

Dry-shake and re-shake with ice. Then top it with the soda and put lime peel and fresh ginger for garnish.

2. Watermelon Sangria
     Ingredients

  • Dice-shaped watermelon, four cups
  • Rum, one cup
  • Moscato, 0.75 liter
  • Fresh juice, four lemons
  • Sugar, one tablespoonful
  • Lemon zest, one pair
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Preparation

Add watermelon, rum, moscato, lemon zest and juice, and sugar in a blender and blend them into a smoothie. Refrigerate until chilled and put lemon slices for garnish prior to serving.

3. CRUcomber
     Ingredients

  • Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka, 2 oz
  • Fresh lime juice, 0.75 oz
  • Cucumber puree, 1 oz
  • Lemon balm leaf, one
  • Sesame simple syrup, 0.75 oz

     Preparation

Sesame simple syrup can be prepared by toasting the sesame seeds and making them golden brown before sprinkling them to equal portions of hot water and sugar. Remove all the seeds by straining the mixture before serving.

Crush the lemon balm for releasing its essence. Add citrus, cucumber puree, and sesame syrup in the cocktail shaker. Then add vodka and starts to shake vigorously. Strain the mixture into one coupe glass and place a fresh cucumber for garnish.

4. Bellevue
Ingredients

  • Elijah Craig Bourbon, 1.5 oz
  • Ferrand Dry Curacao, 0.5 oz
  • Fresh lime juice, 0.75 oz
  • Crème de Pêche, 0.25 oz
  • Mint sprig

Preparation

Add pebble ice and all the ingredients to the mixing glass. Whip the mixture with the help of a bar spoon and move it back and forth instead of stirring the liquid. Fill a rocks glass by adding new pebble ice and strain the mixture into the glass. Put mint sprig for garnish.

5. Blue Havaiyee
Ingredients

  • El Dorado white rum, 1.5 oz
  • Pineapple juice, 0.5 oz
  • Blue Curacao, 1 oz
  • Strawberry, one
  • Coconut cream, 1 oz

Preparation

Add ice and all the ingredients in the mixing glass and shake vigorously. Pour the mixture over crushed ice in a highball glass. Allow the heavy cream to float on the surface of the drink and place one strawberry slice for garnish.

6. Beets By Jay
Ingredients

  • Old Ipswich “White Cap” rum, 2 oz
  • Fresh lemon juice, 1 oz
  • Beet molasses, 1 oz
  • (Add equal portions of molasses and beets in the blender and mix with a couple of mint sprigs.)
  • Angostura bitters, two dashes
  • Peychaud’s bitters, two dashes

Preparation

Shake all the ingredients in the cocktail shaker along with ice and strain the mixture into one highball glass. Remember to put some ice into the glass before straining. Use a beet slice and a mint sprig for garnish.

7. Aspen Crud
Ingredients

Bourbon, 3 oz
French vanilla ice cream, five scoops

Preparation

Muddle all the ingredients in the blender to produce a boozy milkshake.

8. In The Ivy
Ingredients

  • Vodka, orange blossom-infused, 2 oz
  • Summer berry-riesling emulsion, 0.75 oz
  • Lime juice, 0.75 oz

Preparation

Start with the rapid infusion of vodka and the orange blossom with the help of a thermal whip container. In the absence of a thermal whip container, one may follow the usual infusion process. Add the pressed citrus to this infused vodka and also pour over the crushed ice. Then top the drink with the emulsion of riesling and summer berries. Use an edible orchid for garnish.

9. Wild Card
Ingredients

  • Del Maguey ‘Vida’ mescal, 1 oz
  • Pineapple juice, 0.5 oz
  • Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao, 0.5 oz
  • Yuzu juice, 0.5 oz
  • Raspberry syrup, 0.5 oz
  • Ginger juice, 0.25 oz
  • Raspberries
  • Hefeweizen beer

Preparation

Shake all the ingredients and strain the mixture on ice in the highball glass. Pour hefeweizen beer on top and use a metal straw and three frozen and skewered raspberries (let them rest across the rim of the glass) for garnish.

10. Water Lilies
Ingredients

  • Grey Goose Citron vodka, 1.5 oz
  • Saint-Germain liqueur, 0.5 oz
  • Raspberry syrup, 0.5 oz
  • Fresh lemon juice, 0.25 oz
  • Franciacorta sparkling wine, 1.5 oz

Preparation

Stir all the ingredients with ice before straining the mixture into one wine glass. Use frozen raspberries for garnish.

11. Frida
Ingredients

  • Tanteo jalapeño-infused tequila
  • Lemon juice, 0.5 oz
  • Watermelon purée, 2 oz
  • (Purée a couple of watermelon pieces in the blender.)
  • Simple syrup, 0.75 oz

Preparation

Add all the ingredients in the cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain the mixture into a glass and use lemon for garnish before serving.

12. Martinez
Ingredients

  • London dry gin, 2 oz
  • Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, 0.25 oz
  • Sweet vermouth, 1 oz
  • Angostura orange bitters, two dashes

Preparation

Stir ice and all the ingredients in the mixing glass before straining the mixture into a coupe. Use a lemon twist for garnish.

13. American Smash
Ingredients

  • Auchentoshan American Oak Scotch whiskey, 50 Ml
  • Honey syrup, 15 Ml
    (one part honey and two parts water)
  • Lime juice, 20 Ml
  • Mint leaves, four to five

Preparation

Add ice and all the ingredients in the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Fill a Mason jar with crushed and strain the mixture into the jar. Use a mint sprig for garnish.
